• 01/28/98 - added RPTS0026 and RPTS0027 formats for handling new EVENTS global report table
• 01/26/98 - added TABLS124, TABLS224 formats for FILESTAT table; *renamed previous TABLS124, TABLS224 formats to TABLS125, TABLS225
• 01/15/98 - changed "FHS96" field value in format GDCMS005 to "FHS97"
