FHSPRTC - Printer Setup Table Program Changes:

• 03/28/98 - changed default printer codes for CANONBJC printer (eliminate line of INIT codes); changed computation of default inside/outside margins when printer is selected (compares form width to 132, divides excess between inside and outside margin up to max of 15 for each; attempt to make inside margin at least 4 characters)
• 01/28/98 - corrected condition that caused corruption of screen display after multiple (6) displays of printer setup list during single session
• 01/26/98 - changed to use SNGLKEY table for responses to messages and for option settings (SNGLSIDE, PAGEWAIT, etc.)
